Cardiac Arrest Awareness Event - Over Community Centre - Saturday 16th May - 2pm to 4pm

£10.00

My Community Lifesaver Cardiac Arrest Awareness Event is designed to give people the confidence to act in a cardiac arrest. I’ll focus on the importance of recognising a cardiac arrest, starting CPR and using a defibrillator. My aim is to turn bystanders into lifesavers, and improve the chances of surviving a cardiac arrest in our local community.

The event is suitable for everyone. There’s an opportunity to practise CPR, but it’s not essential — I’ll show you how you can still help if you’re not the one doing the compressions.

It costs £10 per person to attend, and every penny is reinvested back into my Community Lifesaver Project. By supporting this event you’re helping me reach more people, build confidence, and ultimately save more lives in our community.
